Founded in Lower Bucks, the Generals were built on leadership, accountability, and disciplined training. As we grow, our expectations do not change. Steve Marlow began his journey at Northampton Little League. Dan Kusters developed his foundation through Newtown and Holland Little League.
The lessons learned on those fields — discipline, respect, preparation, and responsibility — still shape how we lead today.
