Due to high demand and amazing feedback, we’re excited to offer our mindset coaching series in partnership with D1 Mindset Coaching. This will be our most complete and powerful training yet.
We’re excited to offer our Generals ballplayers an 8-week mental performance mastery series to take their game to the next level. This live virtual coaching is designed for your athlete to master the mental skills that fuel success on and off the field. If this game is 90% mental, we should be developing our mental skill sets! This training will be Led by D1 Mindset’s Certified Mental Performance Coach -former CB West Head Coach and District I Champion, Brian Weaver. Coach Weaver implemented this proven system in leading his 2023 District Championship team to the PA State Tournament. D1 Mindset’s proven system is used by MLB ballplayers, Cy-Award winning pitchers and some of the best college programs in the country.
Inside this series, your athlete will learn exactly how to:

*Classes are limited to 20 athletes so lock in your spot today! If unable to
attend scheduled sessions, a video option will be available which can be viewed on
your own schedule and pace.
Recommended: Athletes attend classes on their own device/computer. Parents are encouraged to view he recorded trainings afterwards to help reenforce mental performance skill sets / concepts.

Coach Bio

Brian Weaver, MPM Coach
Coach Weaver began coaching as an assistant on the baseball staff at Central Bucks H.S. West
from 2007-2011. From 2018-2024 he was the head coach at C.B. West, inheriting a team that had averaged only four wins over the previous four seasons. Coach Weaver led C.B. West to the
postseason for the first time in a decade. The 2023 squad then set the school record for wins, won the first state playoff game in school history, and captured West’s first-ever PIAA District 1 title.
Weaver stepped down as Head Coach at West to spend more time with his young family, but
Coach Weaver continued to be a special assistant at Quakertown High School, working primarily
on scouting, analytics, and mental performance training. Coach Weaver has been an MPM (Mental Performance Mastery) Certified Coach for 5 years, and also serves as Director of Program Development for the Bulldogs.
Additionally, Coach Weaver brings extensive experience in Tennis and Football, helping C.B. West win four consecutive league Tennis titles from 2014 to 2017. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and a career educator both in and outside of the classroom.
He and his wife Kristin live in Quakertown with their three children, Olivia, Abby, and Gabe.
