Carlos Omana

Carlos Omana is the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Generals. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida along with a Master’s Degree in Human Performance from Liberty University.  He was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers Arizona Minor League Team, as well as assisting with Low-A, High-A, AA, and AAA programs.
