GENERALS Director of Operations

Dalton Moore is the Director of Operations for the Bucks County Generals, where he leads the Pitching Department and runs the Accelerator Programs, providing advanced, data-driven training to help pitchers develop velocity, command, and durability.

In addition to his role with the Generals, Dalton is the Pitching Coach at Delaware Valley University, where he works with collegiate pitchers on refining their mechanics, developing individualized training programs, and preparing for competition at the next level. He also serves as a head coach for the Generals’ high school-level teams, helping athletes navigate the recruiting process and prepare for college baseball.

With a strong background in pitching development, Dalton specializes in blending cutting-edge technology with proven training methods to enhance player performance. His expertise in biomechanics, velocity training, and injury prevention helps athletes progress efficiently while maintaining long-term arm health.
